The government plans to table before parliamnet a bill against trafficking in humans, State Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs Hon. Freddie Ruhindi has said.
He was presiding over a public dialogue organized by ANPPCAN Uganda Chapter in conjunction with the Ministry of Gender Labor and Social Development and the National council for Children at Hotel Equatorial on 13 June 2007.
